Let me lay it out there. Being a successful Usborne consultant takes motivation, self-discipline and consistency. You don’t have a boss breathing down your neck. We don’t have crazy minimums or quotas that you have to meet to stay in the biz. Reaching your goals greatly depends on YOU and the work you put in! In this quick training video, I’ll share with you how to:

- Get MORE than your investment back in your first month
- Build the momentum needed to promote to Team Leader, Express to Success

Today is August 4th and I still have most of the month to knock this out of the park. With that in mind I am going to shoot for $1000 and that will get me the half kit refund plus all of those other things you mentioned within the calendar month!!

My goal is to hit $1,000 in sales and receive my half kit refund in my first 30 days! I’m almost half way there after two parties with 13 more days to go! Id love to shoot for $2, 000 but as much as I love setting high goals I also like to be realistic so I dont end up disappointed.

My goals have totally changed since when I started 2 weeks ago. I originally started out thinking, well if I can just make enough commission to pay for my kit (not the $1k goal) I’d be happy. After watching your videos (I’m a bit delayed leaving a comment, because I was Swamped with online party planning!!) I’ve decided to reach for Team Leader Express Success…I even put in my application yesterday after I signed up my 2nd recruit. I absolutely LOVE this job already.
My NEW goals are:
1. Team Leader by 1 May (I applied yesterday and marked 1 May, if not sooner)
2. $2k Full kit refund (I’ve got 16 days left to earn it, I CAN do this)
3. Sign up 4 recruits within my first 30 days
4. Get them all on a path to success to (earning $1k within their first 12 weeks if not sooner)

Oh and I have 2 kids (5 & 7) at home, that I homeschooling and I’m 24.5 weeks pregnant with my third. Freezer meal prep a month ago, and meal planning has made this totally doable. 🙂
